A Private Construction Company is currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the following position and
boost its operations.

Job Title: Personal Assistant
We are currently recruiting for the position of a Personal Assistant for the Technical Manager of the company. The person to fill this position should be a hands on person, self motivated and with a strong sense of responsibility.

Key duties and responsibilities
• Secretarial and office administration.
• Procurement and management of all office supplies.
• Any other activities as assigned by management

Qualifications and skills
• At least two years experience in work of similar
• Strong negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work when under pressure
• Ability to work long hours
• Pleasant personality with ability to work harmoniously with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Age: 22 – 30 Years
