Job Description
Bringing Being into Business (BBB) is a premier and established Recruitment company whose client is seeking to hire qualified candidates to fill the following position.
The HRM will perform on the following:
Organization Development
• Revision of existing HR policies and creation of new HR policies as per the need of the organization.
• Provide support for OD projects being executed by the HO/ consultants such as restructuring, compensation benchmarking and re-structuring, revamp of PMS etc.
• Contribute in alignment and culture building through sessions on Purpose, Values & Vision of the company.
• Contribute in Designing and implementing required OD interventions based on feedback from NPS surveys. E.g. One to one meetings, Career planning framework, Reward & Recognition plan.
Performance Management System
• Conduct sessions for employees about PMS concepts such as KPIs, appraisal system etc
• Help employees to define performance goals as per the Performance management system of the company. Ensure alignment with company goals.
• Launch of appraisal process and ensuring its timely completion.
• Making required changes in PMS policy and appraisal forms as per organizational needs.
Training and Development
• Identifying the learning/ training needs across levels through coordinate with management and mapping of skills required for specific positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
• Developing training and developmental initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement
• Coordinate and facilitate employees training as per training plan.
• Preparing induction program for new joiners and orientation to the employee towards policies and procedures of the company.
May be required to support other HR activities like recruitment, general administration etc. if required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• 8 – 12 years’ experience in HR with strong exposure in OD, L&D and PMS functions
• Minimum education, MBA- HR, Masters in HRM or related discipline.
