Job Description


The Finance and Admin Expert/operation Specialist will be responsible for setting up and overseeing all administrative services within Swisscontact. S/he will ensure adherence to financial and administrative regulations and standards procedures as well as the exchange of administrative information between program staff, partners, and other relevant institutions.

Qualifications and skills
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a comparable position. Private sector experience is an added advantage.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Social Sciences, or any degree oriented towards Administration.
• MBA or a Professional Finance and accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an added advantage.
• Experience in procurement, accounting is highly desirable.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of computer accounting packages is a must.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
