JESA/HR/PDN/12: STERILIZER OPERATOR (04 VACANCIES)
Job Summary
Sterilize machines in line with the company standards, internationally acceptable guidelines.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate sterilizing machines.
• Clean sterilizer and ensure proper changeover of lines.
• Monitor sterilization temperatures.
• Collect test results of milk in UHT silos before sterilization.
• Check CCP in accordance with the schedule.
• Record pressure and temperature levels as per the set guidelines.
• Inspect and report potential machinery breakdown.
• Carry out routine machine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean and high level of hygiene.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualification Diploma in Food Science and or Food Processing obtained from an internationally recognized institution.

Working Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
