JESA/HR/PDN/16: AMBIENT YOGHURT TECHNICAL OPERATOR (02 VACANCIES)
Job Summary
To operate machinery and equipment used in the production of Ambient Yoghurt and work with associates to meet department and company product quality and production rate standards safely and effectively.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Plans with the Factory Engineer in relation to required consumables and machine maintenance
• Operate the Ambient yoghurt packing machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products according to the required standards.
• Fee right packaging material to filling machines as per the set time and quality.
• Carry out weekly machine routine maintenance and report any penitential breakdown to the engineering department.
• Plan and request for materials for usage and conduct reconciliation of the received materials.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualification Diploma in Food Science and or Food Processing obtained from an internationally recognized institution.

Working Experience
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
