Our client, a leading financial institution in the microfinance sub-sector in Uganda, is seeking to fill the vacant positions below:

JOB TITLE: Senior Products and Marketing Officer
Reports to: Manager Products and Marketing
Purpose:
• Contributes in the development of an effective Marketing Strategies to promote Company’s Products and Services in the Market
• Contributes in the design and review of company Products & Service offering in the Market to maintain company competitiveness in the market.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Honors degree in any of the following fields; Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Development Finance and Banking or any other related discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Micro Finance, Banking, Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized University / Institution will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a Certificate Qualification in business development services, sales, marketing of products and services will be added advantage
• Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage specializing in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Management
• Six (06) years of progressive working experience in business development services Credit Management or related field with at least 3 years of related work experience at the supervisory management level.
• Membership to a financial services sector will be an added advantage. Possession of relevant computer skills is a must.
