Job Description


To provide specialist advise and support in the preparation, development and analysis of financial data to provide accurate information to inform decisions enhancing stability, growth & profitability, through the execution of predefined objectives.

Job Description
• Monitor the overall business model, strategy, market opportunities and threats, competition dynamics, product portfolio, supplier relationships and customer profiles to provide a unique perspective and analysis that looks at different dynamics.
• Manage the business performance reporting of costs both operating and capital to support delivery of financial targets.
• Carry out regular communications with the various business function on issues relating to costs, business performance and financial targets, provide commentary & improvement initiatives such as cost saving initiatives.
• Support the preparation of segmental reports in conjunction with the Finance Business Partners.
• Support the budgeting process by providing analytical drivers and processes of the plans
• Preparation of ALCO, Board, Exco inputs that relate to the various business functions
• Analyze and provide a detailed functional cost including actual achievements against budget targets.
• Coordinate with Group finance by providing monthly analysis of Bank costs against budget targets at a functional levels.

Education
• Higher Diplomas: Financial Sciences (Required)
