Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities
• General Management & Supervision of the Utilities department.
• Identify the necessary trainings required by the department Staff and liaison with the Maintenance Manager for Implementation.
• Compile reports of cost of completed work.
• Inspect systems to determine preventative maintenance needs.
• Manage workers engaged in maintaining and repairing processing equipment and machinery.
• Manage workers engaged in maintaining buildings and grounds.
• Performs any other task as per management request.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• A Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or facilities management is preferred.
• A minimum of seven(7) years of progressively responsible experience in the operation, management, and maintenance of utility production and distribution systems, the supporting auxiliary equipment and systems, the supervisory control systems (direct digital controls and pneumatic controls), and the associated facilities equipment at the point of use is required; supervisory experience is required
