Human Resource Department
Position: Human Resource Officer (1 position)
Duty Station: UMU Main Campus Nkozi
Reports to: Director, Human Resources

Academic Qualifications and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a field relevant to Human Resource. S/he should have one year experience in a related job. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, satisfactory record of service to the community and high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Accountability Profile
• Participating in the recruitment process
• Being responsible for the staff welfare, health and safety
• Making sure that all the names of staff are on the system
• Being responsible for the payroll management
• Participate in the day to day activities of the Department.
