Method of Application
Applications must be filled in triplicate on PSC Form No.3 (Revised, 2008) or ESC Form No.3 (1998) in case of teaching personnel and submitted to: The Secretary, Mityana District Service Commission, P.O. Box 332, Mityana not later than 18th February 2022, by 5:00pm. The application forms can be obtained from the Public Service Commission Offices, 2nd floor Farmers House, Kampala or any District Service Commission Offices in Uganda. The Application should bear the title of the post and the reference indicated against the vacancy. Applicants should attach certified copies of all the necessary supporting academic documents, photocopy of a National Identity Card and a recent passport size photograph to each form. Serving Officers must route their applications through their Heads of Department who must be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.
