Job title: Senior Plan Supervisor
Location: Kampala, Albert Lake production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.

Primary function:
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the engineering schedule, coordination of the interfaces between Engineering, Procurement and the other parties for overall integration of the Schedule Responsibilities:
• Execute all planning management aspects of the project.
• Produce and maintain annual plans and ensure the engineering Schedules submitted by contractors are correct and consistent with SOW distributed by PMT.
• Track the performance of engineering schedule and coordinate the interface between engineering and related disciplines.
• Prepare Project execution plans including the related project controls strategies & procedures in accordance with the requirements of PMT.
• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of periodic progress reports on Project controls to PMT, Host Government, Partners and CNOOC.
• Support to the facilitate risk mitigation and contingency planning process.
• Support reviews and approval processes for internal and partners’ project plans.

• Provide necessary schedule information for preparation of cost estimates and cost control.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum
• Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related or related
• At least 12 years related working experience in Oil & Gas project design, procurement and fabrication.
• International working experience in Project Controls is preferred.

Knowledge:
• Proven knowledge and work experience in oil & gas facilities’ design, fabrication installation, hook-up and commissioning support.
• Good working knowledge of all relevant Project controls Software (i.e. MS Project Oracle Primavera & MS Office software)
