• Offer security consultancy services
• Perform Private Investigations
• Provide Guard force training programs
In our Expansion strategy, we wish to recruit and fill the Position of the General Manager as per the specifications below.

Position: General Manager (01)
Reports to: Director
Department: Security

Job Summary:
The purpose of this job is to drive the strategic intent of the organisation while ensuring compliance with regulators.

The role of this position shall include but not limited to the undermentioned tasks:
• Develop a strategic plan for the organisation
Liaison with the supervisory authority Ensure maximum compliance and effective communication with the supervisory authority generate and submit all the necessary reports.
• Finance and Budgets: Set budgets, oversee and monitor expenditures in line with budget provisions.
• Controls: Instill control systems aimed at maximum efficiency of resources
• Improve revenue collection
• Training: Ensure that all new employees are properly inducted and recommend training for operations staff.
• Health and Safety: Ensure Health and safety for all staff.
Reporting: Ensure all shift reports and incidents are timely recorded and well reported.
• Investigations: Investigate and report all incidents and non-compliance in addition to.
• Growing the customer base

Intelligence gathering and discussion making.
• Sales Support: Responsible for close liaison with the sales team, getting involved in marketing for new business and creating strategies for customer retention
• Liaison: Maintain a healthy working relationship with Directors, all departmental heads and employees.

Knowledge / Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of First Degree in Security Management/Business related Course
• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Should be 40 years of age with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• A clean police report
• A valid driving license.
• At least 2 Certificates of service from previous employers
• Preferably a Ugandan citizen.
