Construction Supervisor EPC1 – Engineering Project Team
Location: Kampala, Albert Lake production installation base or other cities in Uganda if required.

Primary function:
• Responsible for the construction of oil field development for EPC1 including Pre-drilling work of Well pad/infield Roads
• Responsible for the overall management of the construction of the project EPC1

Responsibilities:
• Organize to prepare the overall construction plan of the oil field.
• Supervise and direct the subordinates to complete the construction management.
• Supervise and manage all construction contractors in the field construction activity.
• Responsible for contractor management.
• Management of the changes appeared onsite.
• Approve the schedule of the project for the construction
• Responsible for the construction quality.
• Monitoring the schedule and coordination with engineering project team control team.
• Lead the quality supervision contractor to conduct site work Coordinate the site procurement.
• Coordinate the design update.
• Coordinate the site logistics with operation support.
• Coordinate the site HSE with engineering project team HSE team.
Coordination with other departments within the company such as QHSE, Drilling and CA.
• Coordination with other organization such local community and local government.
• Responsible the permits requirement implementation.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Oil and gas engineering, project management, construction engineering or the related.
• At least 10-year related working experience including 5-year experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• International working experience is preferred.
• EPC experience is required

Knowledge:
• Extensive knowledge of construction and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of the procedures of project and construction.
• Knowledge of petroleum engineering technology.
• Understanding oil engineering, reservoir, drilling and completion, production, etc.
