Construction Supervisor – EPC4 Engineering Project Team
Location: Kampala, Uganda.
Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities if required.

Primary function:
• Responsible for the construction of oil field development for EPC4 including Feeder line and transmission line from KF to Kabaale.
• Responsible for the overall management of the construction of the project EPC4.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and prepare the overall construction plan of the oil field
Supervise and direct the subordinates to complete the construction management
Supervise and manage all construction contractors in the field construction activity
• Coordinate the subordinates of different disciplines during the site construction
• Responsible for project construction and installation design basis, technical schemes and standards used in engineering.
• Management of the changes appearing onsite.
• Monitoring the schedule and coordination with engineering project team control team
• Lead the quality supervision contractor to conduct site work Coordinate the site procurement with engineering project team.
• Coordinate the detail design with engineering project team design team.
Coordinate the site logistics with operations support.
• Coordinate the site HSE with engineering project team HSE team.
• Coordination with other departments within the company such as QHSE, Production and CA.
Coordination with other organizations such UNOC, EACOP, CAA, UNRA and local government.
• Approve the schedule of the project for the construction and supervise the implementation
• Responsible the permits requirement implementation.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Oil and gas engineering, project management, construction engineering or related.
• At least 10-year related working experience including 5-year experience in Oil & Gas industry. International working experience is preferred.
• EPC experience is required Knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of construction and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of the procedures of project and construction.
• Knowledge of petroleum engineering technology.
• Understanding oil engineering, reservoir, drilling and completion, production, etc.
