Job Purpose:
To address the physical, mental, emotional, and social health needs of staff and trainees at the Institute.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Write care plans and coordinate the health care of staff and trainees.
• Provide first aid care and health assessment to the staff and trainees.
Administer medications and monitor delegated medication administration.
Assist in the evaluation of staff for special services.
• Provide referrals to patients with medical complications
• Educate and train staff and trainees about health issues.
• Counselling staff and trainees on health related concerns.

Qualifications Skills and Experience
• Diploma in nursing or its equivalent.
• At least five (3) years of professional experience in a nursing field.
• Self-driven with ability to work under minimum supervision.
High ethics of integrity & confidentiality.
