Reporting to: Senior Manager-IT Design

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
The scrum master is responsible for understanding and applying the scrum framework, developing people and teams, and managing products with agility.

Main Job Functions:
• Helping DevSecOps teams apply scrum framework
• Enabling communications across all levels
• Managing sprints
• Managing product backlog

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Electrical/Telecom Engineering, Project Management
Relevant certification / accreditation as required for role
• SCRUM master certification

Experience:
• 3 years’ experience in relevant sector/industry/ area of specialization
• Worked in a diverse culture
• Software delivery lifecycle process
• Deep understanding Agile/scrum
