Responsibilities
• Be responsible for summarizing relevant equipment management work of Uganda branch;
• Be responsible for managing the equipment assets owned by Uganda company, including asset statistics and scrap application, so as to achieve the whole life cycle management of equipment;
• Responsible for preparing Ugandan company equipment statement and balance sheet, managing statistics;
• Guide the technical solutions for equipment procurement, renovation and large maintenance projects of each rig team, and supervise the implementation;
• Supervise the maintenance of large-scale equipment on site, be responsible for formulating maintenance plans and tracking the implementation of maintenance procedures;
• Instruct and assist on-site technicians to maintain the equipment and track the management of hidden dangers;
• Responsible for the investigation and analysis of equipment accidents of each rig team, and write analysis reports;
• Supervise the implementation of the on-site equipment maintenance system, regularly check the implementation of the equipment maintenance system and the operation status of various equipment, and put forward equipment management requirements;
• Responsible for the accuracy of the PMS system data of each rig team, and urge the rig personnel to update the maintenance data in time;
• Responsible for supervising the management of equipment basic data, including equipment list, operation report, maintenance record, accident report and various information archives and other documents;
• Responsible for supervising the establishment and preservation of various technical work information and technical documents in various operating units, including equipment documents, equipment operation manuals, maintenance manuals, accessories manuals, technical information;
• Responsible for organizing and formulating annual professional training plans to supervise the implementation of personnel training equipment personnel and formulate requirements;
• Responsible for the third-party inspection of each equipment to ensure the validity of the certificate.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Major in electrical mechanical instrument or related;
• At least 10 years working experience in land drilling rig equipment management;
• Organized and handled the failure of key equipment of drilling rig for more than 5 times;
• Love and dedication, good conduct and strong principle;
• Has strong professional skills, can independently manage various equipment of land drilling rigs, can guide and solve difficult problems of more complex equipment, and organize and implement overhaul of various equipment;
• To deal with emergency equipment failures, be able to quickly make judgments and solve problems;
• Proficient in the application of various office software;
• Master the company’s QHSE management system and be familiar with API standards;
• Have strong coordination ability, executive ability, communication ability, language expression ability;
• Proficient in Chinese and English;
• Age under 50;
• Hold relevant qualification certificates required by the company.
