The job holder is responsible for:
• Participate to the Project Budget preparation
• Assist in the preparation of Cost Control reports.
• Participate to Monitoring and Control of the Project expenditures.
Assist in the control and input the commitments data. (Invoices)
• Assistance to cost trends analysis.
• File the cost control documents according to the document filing system.
• Collecting and process all Time sheets, Travel expenses data and documents relating to the team members and contractors.
• Register the project invoices in the project cost control system.
• Other Ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications/Experience required
Qualification: A technical degree or degree in accounting, finance or business-related courses.

Experience:
• 2+ years of relevant cost control experience, experience in engineering and construction projects environment would be considered an asset.
• Knowledge & experience in use of relevant computer systems (SAP, PIMS or other information management system, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
