Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform inspections of high levels of drainage systems.
• Provide Drainage solutions and installation.
• Supervise the site maintenance program including repairs.
• Supervise and monitor the dust suppression program and road signs.
• Maintain mobile and stationary equipment.
• Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance and commissioning to plant and equipment within portfolio
• Evaluate, train, and develop staff.
• Assign tasks and ensure schedules are maintained.
• Supervise workers to obtain top quality workman ship and efficiency.
Ensure workplace safety is practiced and risk assessments in order to comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering or in a any related field or Certificate/training in Civil Engineering or in a related field with 10 years’ experience in drainage operations will be considered in lieu of required diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 15 years of proven work experience in drainage operations on international construction projects.
• Certificate/training in HSE is a must.
• Certificate/training in project management is required.
• Advanced knowledge of reinforced drainage works with ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
• Good team management skills.
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD.
