Job Description
• In charge of combining management skills with an extensive knowledge of welding process and economics to plan, staff, monitor and safely deliver welding projects as per schedule.
• Must Initiate, coordinate and enforce production, safety and quality systems, policies and procedures
Must ensure all welding activities on site to be compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Responsible for the preparation and verification of the product welding process
• Responsible for timely handling of technical problems in the production site and preparation of product procurement technical documents.
• Evaluate the production capacity of the operators and the production capacity of the production equipment,
• Responsible for the technical guidance of international welding factory certification and annual review according to relevant requirements.
Responsible for cooperating with the Quality Assurance Department to make applicability judgments and disposal opinions on substandard products.

Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Welding, engineering technology, and any other related majors.
• Must have over 7-years of experience in static equipment management.
