Subjects: (History, IRE, Chemistry, Agriculture, Biology, Physical Education, Geography, Mathematics,
Commerce/Entrepreneurship, Kiswahili, Computer Studies, CRE)

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Honors Degree or Diploma in education from a recognized institution
• Must be a registered with Ministry of Education and Sports
• At least three years relevant working experience

Roles and responsibilities
• Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures
• Conduct the teaching and learning of the respective subjects in line with the Ministry of Education curriculum.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom and maintain discipline in accordance with the school rules and procedures.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress, development and reports on all their activities.
• Communicate relevant information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs in line with school policies.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
• Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development through tests and termly exams.
• Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
