Transaction process
1. identify training needs and familiarize station staff with new castle EPTs and their interface
2. Run demos for onsite and offsite trainings for Customer Attendants, Supervisors, Dealers (pilot and live)
Assist CSEs in carrying out on site trainings for myfuel+ and develop commissioning checklist
4. Sign off commissioning checklist after ensuring that the site is ready for deployment (technical, training, operations and number of transactions)

Change Management for Dealer
1. Identify dealer training needs and formally communicate on impact of change in transaction process on dealers
2. Conduct basic on-site training for dealer on internet basic information provided by project team, TFTS
3. Ensure continuous support to dealers on NC/ND process during deployment and liaison with card team
4. Change Management-Users
5. Assist Customers during the pilot process from start to end of transaction.
6. Report any gaps between current ( Torm card) and myfuel+ customer journey and report to the project team accordingly.

Change Management-Client
1. Assist the project team in preparing client roll out plan.
2. Run demos for onsite and offsite trainings for Customer Attendants, Supervisors, Dealers (pilot and live)
Identify changes in extranet and card application process and train existing clients.

Assist in training top 20 clients.
1. Training Support Material
2. Assist in conception of training video for customer attendants and dealers.
3. Ensure all requests are sent to Back office for processing and inform customer about processing time.
4. Send forms for blocked card requests or change in parameters by email.

Candidate profile
1. A degree is required e.g. IT related , Business Administration, Marketing and Commerce.
2. Minimum of 1yr experience in commercial/corporate sales.
Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills are a pre-requisite
