The Regional Manager is head of the branch management team and as such, s/he supervises the branches under a business territory ensuring achievement of business objectives specifically profitability, customer experience, sales and digital channels uptake. The ideal candidate must have a good appreciation of the Enterprise Risk Framework.

Qualifications and competencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Microfinance related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Microfinance of which 4 should have been in a managerial position.
Excellent leadership, risk and customer management skills.
