Job summary: The Officer will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debts from clients within the geographical zone/ area properly defined. This is through recruitment and working with collections champions to inform customers of their overdue debts and collect payment to mitigate company losses.

Qualifications and experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or humanities course is desirable.
• 2 years’ experience in credit or sales and marketing.
Previous experience working as a Collections Officer is an advantage.
