IBSL is seeking to employ an experienced, creative and energetic Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible and empowered with authority for overseeing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all departments are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science & Business
2. Administration or related field is a must have for this assignment.
3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior management role.
4. Experience with Design, Sales, Supply & Management of IT projects is required.
5. Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, financial acumen, creativity along with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Demonstrated leadership, meeting professional goals/targets and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment will be qualities that we are looking for.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills with impeccable references echoing high ethics and integrity standards.
