Title: Outlet in Charge /Branch in charge

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Job Purpose: The Outlet in Charge Store will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.

Experience: 4+ years

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints and inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure that the store has adequate stock on hand at all times, and make recommendations for new product lines and inventory replenishment.
• Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing training and coaching as needed to ensure that they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, including sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store, such as advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other store operations.

Authority:
1. Reports to both General Manager Finance & Commercial Manager through the business
2. Supervises sales executives

• Ensure cleanliness in and around the outlet
• Facilitate security of company staff and property at the out let.
