Key Purpose Statement
To assist the Inventory Team Leader in the receiving, Issuing of all Materials from Stores and all reconciliation thereafter in accordance with requirements of the Department.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities
• Accurate raw materials Issuance and reconciliation
• Materials requisition based on departmental need
• Material aging reporting to minimize waste/ obsolete materials
• All Material stores to be kept neat and 5s applied
• Prepare documents for daily stock count
• Prepare conciliation sheet to compare with stock and production
• Escalate any hazardous/risky situations to his/her immediate supervisor.
• Plan & deploy temporary employees according to demand in the department

Qualifications, Experience, and Competences
Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in related field of Procurement/Supply Chain /Finance /Engineering.

Experience
• Minimum requirement: +2 years of procurement experience in operational procurement/stores management roles within a FMCG environment.
