Represent company in courts of law as well as managing resolution of potential and actual disputes involving the company, draft and review legal documents, manage, or advise company on all legal transactions and ensure compliance of the activities of the company with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing negotiating and advising the company on all contracts and all documents pertaining to the business of the company from a legal perspective.
• Monitor litigation, attend court hearings, conduct case management, liase with external lawyers. Provide legal advice to all departments of the Company regarding the business operations, Providing legal advisory to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare legal briefs and opinions.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognised institution.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice.
• From LDC is a MUST 5-7 years’ experience.
