Job Description


The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire management of Watu Shule, developing and implementing the project’s strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of watu Shule
• Ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as required for update
• Manage the relationship with the clients and management
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/clients and management
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Technical skills:
• Proven knowledge of project management
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Proven track record of delivering enhancements to process efficiency.
• Experience in working in the field
