Job Summary
• Responsible for supervising all Precast works on the project.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor and review tests and results of all materials to be used in production and ensures compliance with contract requirement.
Review all Contractor submittals related to precast concrete production: Method Statements, Project Quality Plan, Safety Plan, Schedules, and compliance with Project objective.
• Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to the site and ensure that all concrete tests are carried out.
• Supervise the production and manufacture of precast concrete elements during production and storage to make sure they conformance to specifications and standards.
• Control of handling, storage, and installation of precast elements at the project site.
• Check safety requirements and storing at the contractor storage area.
• To manage concrete yard and team.
• Control of handling, storage, and installation of precast elements at the project site.
• Calculate material needs and order supplies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Higher National Diploma in civil engineering or relevant certificate/training in a related field.
• 18 years of proven work experience with extensive knowledge of concrete works and civil works experience working on Construction projects.
• An international certificate in health and safety is a must.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings designs, and plans.
• Advanced knowledge of concrete construction procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Competent in planning and organizing work schedules and a demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
