The position holder is responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation of OVC activities at the facility and a successful interface to community (OVC) program and structures, the OVC liaison-focal person will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of OVC activities at the facility.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• A Diploma in Counselling and Guidance
• A certificate in HIV Counseling is an added advantage.

Job related experience and knowledge:
• At least 3 years’ experience in HIV/AIDS Counselling
• Knowledge and experience of HIV/AIDS care issues
• Knowledge of Ministry of health and local government systems
