Position: Superintendent Earthworks
Minimum Qualifications: National Ordinary Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Years of experience in Road construction (Years): 10
Minimum Experience in the position: 5

Job Summary:
• Oversee and manage the earthworks activities in road construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise all earthworks activities, including excavation, grading, compaction, and backfilling.
• Ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.
• Manage resources, equipment, and workforce to ensure optimal productivity and quality of work.

Qualifications:
• National Ordinary Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in road construction, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in the role of Superintendent Earthworks.

Skills:
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks methods and techniques.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
