Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program looks for highly motivated individuals who exhibit the potential to excel as future leaders. The program is geared towards providing challenging work assignments complemented by a learning component for the selected graduates. During this program, candidates are assigned challenging business scenarios to enhance their skills. Another crucial element of the program ensures that managerial skills are developed. This provides trainees with the expertise required to handle supervisory and administrative tasks that will result in the development of successful managers.

Responsibilities
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Requirements
• The Candidate must hold a good University degree in any field of study.  The Candidate must be under 28 years old
• Only Male candidates are encouraged to apply
• The Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.  Have a valid driving licence, with at least one year driving skills.
