Job Description
We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic music specialist, with two or more years of music teaching experience acquired after graduation, ideally in an educational setting, to join our Secondary section as our Music teacher with effect from August 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• The applicant must have over two years teaching experience
• A Bachelor of Education degree in Music or Post Graduate Diploma in Music Education
• Have an advanced ability to play several musical instruments
• The ability to teach the theory of music as well as having a balance of playing classical and contemporary music instruments is essential
• Good computer literacy with excellent use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as a working knowledge of Google Apps and the confidence to work with IT in the dassroom
