Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Formation and training of active farmer groups of both newly recruited and existing farmers.
• Supervise seedlings distribution to and planting by farmer groups.
• Monitoring of farmer groups, reporting and communication on the same.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of a Diploma in Community Development
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and conversant or willing to learn local language in the area of operation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literate
• 3 years of experience working with farmers/community-based projects
• Valid Motorbike riding license
