Job Description


As content creator, you will do the following:
• Produce high-quality and engaging multimedia content, including videos. photos, and graphics, that showcases the sports academy and skilling centre’s activities, achievements, and participants.
• Manage and curate content for the sports academy skilling centre’s Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to ensure a consistent and compelling online presence.
• Track and analyse performance metrics related to participant development. and program success.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, sports regulations, and skilling advancements to ensure the academy remains competitive and innovative.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the academy and skilling centre’s branding goals and objectives to drive visibility and engagement.
• Grow the following of the Sports’ Academy and skilling centre’s social media pages

Qualifications
• A minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Media production, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Visual Arts, or
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to special needs learners during sports activities
• Foster partnerships with both local and international organisations and bodies that support learners with special needs
• Ensure that sports and skilling facilities and equipment are accessible to learners with special needs, while implementing safety measures and modifications as needed to prevent injuries.
• Identify and facilitate opportunities for disabled learners to participate in inclusive sports and skilling competitions, both in Uganda and at the international level.
• Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other school staff regarding learners’ progress and needs.
• Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) related to sports performance and skilling activities
