Our client in Automotive industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric designs and a deep understanding of user experience principles. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging user interfaces. You will be collaborating closely with our Website Developer to ensure that our digital presence is not only functional but also visually captivating and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:
• Understand product specifications and user psychology, transforming them into intuitive, user-friendly, and functional design.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Collaborate with our web developer to implement interactive UI designs.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Use a variety of metrics to validate and improve user experience.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Conduct and implement thorough research on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Address and test features for usability issues.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to understand detailed requirements and align with the company’s branding.

Educational Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects which showcases deep attention to detail.
• Proficient in design software (like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
• An understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS; understanding how designs are implemented on the web.
• Stay updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
