This is a fully remote Support role in a small team supporting M-KOPA’s 1800+ domain users on their Enterprise Mobility and Security.

Essential skills for the role should include, experience in a similar sized environment, working extensively with MS Azure, Intune, Purview, Defender, MS Teams, and O365.

You will need experience with Powershell, transitions from on-prem to Cloud and you will be solving complex issues around workplace collaboration, endpoint, identity and access management, in particular the integration of outsourced departments and contracts.

This role hopes to attract a natural low ego problem solver with a flair for service and system improvement.

This is a mid level role. The process will be as follows;
• Resume Screening by Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager
• Screening call – 30 mins
• Hiring Manager call – 45 mins
• Tech interview (screen share) – 30 mins
• Final Interview – TBC
