To evaluate, recommend and deploy appropriate technology solutions to business processes and manage ICT projects to enable the organization achieve its business goals
• To implement the ICT Strategy in line with company policies and procedures
• To develop ICT Infrastructure
• Bridge ICT and other departments/ stakeholders
• Review and approve technical reports
• Formulate data analytics to support Business Intelligence
• To provide analysis reports for user departments
• Co-ordinates Development and maintenance of our Website to ensure that it is constantly updated with the relevant information
• Maintenance of current e-mail/internet systems to ensure that neither is abused nor used in- appropriately.
• Training of new staff on Aims and all staff in CQ
• To drive the information technology needs of UAP Insurance through innovation to support the present and future business requirements of the organization.
• Coordinate IT activities including systems development, deployment and maintenance
• To conduct periodic /adhoc IT management reports
• To formulate, implement and update IT strategy and objectives
• To formulate, implement and manage IT budget in accordance to service targets and financial provisions agreed upon.
• To review and prove IT policies and procedures
• To recommend and implement new software/hardware technologies to support UAP business
