The ICT Manager Infrastructure reports to the Head ICT and is for planning, developing and implementing IT Infrastructural
solutions that deliver corporate and service specific objectives and meet the strategic priorities of the Organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide infrastructural support for efficient functioning of Pride ICT system.
• Implement priorities for the design, maintenance, development and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, Intranet, Security, wireless implementation.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery for business systems by maintaining a secure BCP/DR site.
• Prepare proper documentation for infrastructure projects and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers and contractors.
• Lead and manage the performance and development of all subordinate staff.

Qualifications, Education and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCTP) and Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) are a MUST
• Good grades in Mathematics at A ‘level (A, B or C)
• ITIL V3 Foundation Level is an added advantage and any other related training.
• At least four years’ experience in a busy ICT environment.
