Position: Credit Officers – Agricultural Lending
Reports to: SATELLITE MANAGER

Main Job Responsibilities
• Advice, sensitize, and cross-sell BUBL’s loan products and other services to clients
• Carry out financial, digital literacy, and other training for BUBL clients.
Conduct credit appraisals, and undertake field visits, to manage the loan application process for agribusiness clients, location, and verification of securities to be pledged to BUBL as collateral
• Disbursing of loans to clients in line with the set performance targets
• Monitor outstanding loans and the performance of the loan portfolio on a daily basis.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Science/Agriculture related courses
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a team
• Able to ride a motorcycle
