This will support to design, monitor and deliver facility and community based programs implemented by the PEPFAR/MUWRP/Lugazi Diocese HIV/AIDS Prevention care and treatment Program.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinates planning, implementation, monitor and evaluate of all facility and community based programs and ensure compliance of all MoH, MoGLSD, UCMB,MUWRP and PEPFAR requirements.
• Generate demand for HIV prevention and care services with a special focus on Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), Adolescent Boys and Young Men (ABYM)
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of best practices
• Work with community structures and Health facilities to build harmonized linkage, referral and follow up systems.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Works and Social Administration or Social Sciences with experience in community Health program.
• A higher qualification and any training in management are added advantages.
