We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Relationship Manager, Jubilee Life Insurance Company of Uganda. The position holder will report to the Head Bancassurance.

Role Purpose
• Primarily responsible is managing bank relationships.

Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Account & Relationship Management.
2. Plan & carry out marketing activities for Banc assurance products.
3. Handling of Relationship to aid customer for all his/her insurance requirements.
4. To ensure customer documentation is complete & in compliance with the bank’s requirements and underwriting guidelines.
5. To help coordinators resolve discrepancies associated to customer documentation.
6. To visit existing clients at least once in 3 months, identify and if possible cross insurance sales.
7. To meet minimum 5 new prospective clients per day.

4. Good computer knowledge.

Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related field from a recognized University
2. Professional qualification in Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and packages

Relevant Experience
• Minimum (3) years’ experience in a large and reputable Organization.
