Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Kampala, Uganda, involves being a Sales and Reservations Travel Agent. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, managing reservations, and offering travel advice and solutions. You will be expected to make travel arrangements for clients, including air tickets, accommodation, and other travel-related services as required. You will also be responsible for processing payments and following up with clients to ensure they have a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in sales, customer service, and travel industry
• Knowledge of Using Galileo and other GDS systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and proficiency in additional local languages is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of creating and managing Holiday Packages (Local and International)
• Ability to sell some of our services to B2B Companies
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to achieve and exceed the monthly Targets
• Genuine interest in travel and knowledge of international destinations, cultures, and customs
