Job purpose:
Ensure effective communication with company customers to determine their vehicle problems. This includes answering customers’ inquires, initiating automotive services and repairs, making recommendations and communicating with the technical team about customer vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Key roles and responsibilities
• Receiving customers at the service reception and scheduling service appointments.
• Responding to customers’ concerns and comments.
• Making Job cards according to descriptions of problems and repairs.
• Follow up on the vehicle progress and informing the customer accordingly.
• Explaining invoices and quotations of service/repairs done to customers.
• Handling customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related technical discipline. Automotive or Mechanical Engineering. qualification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and parts is an added advantage.
• Excellent complaint/problem solving skills.
• Proven 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
