Job Description

Key Learning Areas

The learning area focuses on organising a major relocation process for a team of about 23 people:
• Support the preparation and organisation of the office relocation process.
• Taking stock and sorting office assets in preparation of the shift.
• Scanning of required data that before it is shredded.
• Preparation of assets classification and as well as handover documentation to partners.
• Assisting staff in packing and labelling of items for the office shift.
• Provide assistance with any other administrative tasks as required.

Required qualifications, competences, and experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

Professional experience
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick comprehension, good analytical skills and the ability to present complex contexts in a well-structured way.
• Understanding/Knowledge in organising events is an added advantage.
• Understanding/Knowledge in writing, editing and layout is an added advantage.
• Understanding/Knowledge about working with Government and CSO partners is an added advantage.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, social sciences or a related field.

Other knowledge/skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English language (oral and written);
• Self-reliant and motivated
• Accurate and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Dependable, punctual and trustworthy.
