Purpose of the Job
The incumbent shall be responsible to train youth in market oriented technical entrepreneurial and managerial skills, confidence building and skills necessary to enhance their potentials and sustainable earning. He/she would be responsible to conduct Basic Business Skills training Training Pre & Post test assessment, Training Evaluation, Assessment and evaluation of business ideas etc.

Key Functions/Responsibilities
• Basic Business skills training
• Business Plan development around successful solutions Mentorship to benefiary individuals and groups
• Marketing plan development

Job Specifications/Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Microfinance.Economics, Entreprenureship or any related field from a reputable institution
• At least 3 years experience in conducting entrepreneurship trainings
• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office) is mandatory Excellent report writing and presentation skills are must
