Position: Sales Manager – Kampala Office

Main Responsibilities
• Lead sales operations within the Kampala Agency office allocated.
• Manage the recruitment, growth and retention of the agency force.
• Co-opt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation of Company’s marketing strategy.
• Oversee strategies for the Kampala Agency teams in a way to guide their operations.
• Plan performance review meeting with the agents to guide and support their productivity.
• Conduct regional market research and keep informed of the market and industrial news.
• Minimize company risks by monitoring the operations of the agency.
• Create and maintain cordial relationship with clients and agents.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Claims departments to ensure prompt delivery of documents and settlement of claims.
• Ensure timely delivery of statements of accounts to clients and follow up collection of premium due.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Micro finance or any business-related fields
• Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales for a fast consumer goods, banking or insurance field.
