Scope of the work:
The Teacher Support Leaders will provide adequate and timely guidance, counseling, capacity building and management support to the pupils and students on the program. He/ She will support other activities under the unit’s operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Report all matters to the assigned Assistant Program Manager in your area of operation.
• Provide career guidance and psychosocial support to the pupils and students and where applicable make referrals to Partners.
Coordinate and liaise with subject teachers in all areas.
Provide one on one mentoring to Students to enable them identify the right career and prepare them for Life after school.
• Monitor the students’ social welfare to ensure that they are not exposed to risky behaviors at the school which may divert them from their routine academics.
• Carry out research programs in and out of school.
• Receive, handle and provide feedbacks to the complaints from pupils/students.
• Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor(s).

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be residents of the required region of operation.
• Diploma in Science Education, counseling & Guidance, Development Studies, Social Sciences, community Relations and or any other related course from a recognized Institution.
• Must be aged between 24 to 35.
• Must have completed his/her Diploma from 2017 to 2022.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills in education.
• Must be knowledgeable in internet based apps and computers.
