Job Purpose
To oversee, coordinate, operate and report any issues related to company vehicle/ Crane and provide critical customer service as per given lifting plans.

Activities
• Operate cranes to lift, move or place equipment and materials.
• Inspect cranes and calculate capacities.
• Assemble tower cranes on-site.
• Perform routine crane maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating.
• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections and report mechanical defects.
• Verify loads to shipping papers, maintain record of duty status according to regulations.
• Comply with QA/QC, and HSSE regulations.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor and in accordance with job roles, company policy or prevailing conditions.

Person Specifications
Education, Training, Experience & Skills
• Minimum UCE/UACE certificate
• Great training in driving heavy vehicles and with a valid driving permit of classes up to G, CE, or CH
• Defensive driving certificate
• Medical Fitness To work.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in reputable organisation
